Automated Review Invitations
MyTradesShop automatically sends a feedback prompt to the homeowner once a job is marked as completed on our platform. To trigger these automated review emails, make sure to keep your job records up to date:
- Log in to your tradesperson dashboard.
- Navigate to your Purchases Page to view all your secured job leads.
- Locate the completed job and update the status at the bottom of the job details section to Completed.
Once updated, our system dispatches a review request directly to the homeowner's email address with a link to rate your work.
Asking Customers Directly
In addition to system reminders, asking clients directly upon finishing a project is the most effective way to secure a prompt review.
- Mention it on Site: Before leaving the site, let the homeowner know how much public feedback helps your small business.
- Send a Polite Follow-Up: Send a quick text or email thanking them for the business and reminding them to check their email for the MyTradesShop review link.
